Risk Management

Hi and welcome back to my blog,
In order to manage and be proactive about my safety before I started production it was ideal to plan and assess all situations that could go wrong and find ways to reduce the hazards using protective tools and equipment. Then the situations were rated by colour with red being most likely and green being least likely. Below I have attached my plan.
